There's too much lip service to "support local". If you're ready to make a real impact, start here. By shifting $20 you would have spent at a big box store or chain restaurant, you can have a real impact.
We are a social movement that aims to lift the most vulnerable small businesses (locally-owned, independent businesses) by encouraging consumers to shift the way they spend on a weekly basis
We launched Keep Local Alive to help small business owners in response to the COVID shutdowns. What started in one city slowly turned into two, then three and it snowballed from there. It inspired us to lay the groundwork to launch the movement in cities across the country.
The movement enables locals to rally around their local businesses in ways that have a real, tangible impact. It is a message, a framework, and a set of tools that empower entire communities to support their most valuable assets: small businesses.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We combine messaging with tools, resources, and passionate locals who want to keep their communities vibrant by supporting locally-owned, independent businesses.
From message to action.
SOCIAL MEDIA ENGINE + PEOPLE WHO CARE
We start by launching a localized framework and social media engine. We then build a tribe of locally-minded consumers who want to get involved. From there, local influencers are activated as Ambassadors and we start "Boosting" businesses weekly. Finally, we launch a co-marketing directory platform where all the local businesses can band together to enable locals to discover and support their local gems.
